As a non-governmental organization, the Anti-Corruption Academy Foundation supports all information and educational activities aimed at promoting anti-corruption prevention.
We work with an experienced team of collaborators who have been involved in anti-corruption efforts for many years—both academically and practically.

He has over 20 years of professional experience in public administration and business. For the past decade, he has managed large organizational structures and held senior positions within the Police Headquarters, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), and financial corporations. He has completed numerous national and international training programs in the USA, Canada, Japan, Israel, Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and the FBI Academy. Currently, he works as a consultant.
Police General.
A graduate of the Maritime University in Gdynia, the Police Academy in Szczytno, and postgraduate studies in Logistics in National Security. He served in the Police from 1990 to 2014, always in the criminal division. From 2009 to 2013, he was the Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation of the Police Headquarters. He led and supervised numerous high-profile operations against organized crime groups operating both domestically and internationally, in areas of criminal, narcotics, and economic crime (including corruption). He was the author of the concept and draft amendments to the Police Act, enabling the separation of the Central Bureau of Investigation from the Police Headquarters.

To promote equal access to knowledge about manifestations, tools, and mechanisms of corruption, as well as methods for preventing and combating it;
To disseminate practical knowledge, tools, and techniques for identifying and responding to corruption threats;
To support activities that ensure high standards in anti-corruption work and improve the competencies of responsible entities;
To share information, expertise, and best practices in anti-corruption efforts;
To promote collaboration between law enforcement, the judiciary, and institutions at risk of corruption through the use of the latest knowledge and a comprehensive, coordinated approach;
To encourage academic research into the causes, mechanisms, and prevention of corruption;
To support initiatives and integrate communities interested in advancing and sharing anti-corruption knowledge;
To promote public-private partnerships and improve cooperation between public and private sectors in the development of technologies, methods, and systems for corruption prevention and detection;
To support research, training, and educational initiatives that contribute to European integration and international cooperation in fighting corruption;
To promote a positive image of Poland abroad through anti-corruption engagement.
